General rules:
- all forms end in a vowel or diphthong
- singular is the same as 2nd person, without the final -ς
- the subjunctive is the same as the indicative, with the desinence vowel lengthened (-ει- -> -εει- -> -ῃ-)
- the optative always has the diphthong -οι- (-οι, -οιτο)
