Active Optative Present λέγοις may you say
Middle/Passive Indicative Present λέγῃ, λέγει you say to yourself
Middle/Passive Subjunctive Present λέγῃ (that) you say to yourself
Middle/Passive Optative Present λέγοιο may you say to yourself

General rules:

  • active voice always ends in -ς
  • the subjunctive is the same as the indicative, with the desinence vowel lengthened (-ει- -> -εει- -> -ῃ-)
  • the optative always has the diphthong -οι- (-οις, -οιο)
