Office
Up to last week I was not working. I was unemployed.
Now I am working. I am a typist at an export company.
I work in an office, together with other people.
Mike is a typist, too. We are typing some letters.
There is a secretary, Miss Henderson. She is very nice and intelligent. She is talking on the telephone now. She is speaking French.
The boss, Mr. White, is not here now. He is travelling. He is in Mexico, visiting some clients. He is a very good professional.
The company is new. It is only five years old. But it is now a great company, selling goods to customers all around the world.
The office is not large, however. It is a small room in a commercial building. There are five computers, a table in the centre, some chairs, a file for documents, two telephones and a whiteboard.
The boss’s room is also a small room. He has a small refrigerator there.
He has also a computer, a telephone and a tv. His table is not very large, but it has some drawers.
