Review 3

Football is an easy sport. There is a ball. There are two teams. Each team has ten or eleven people. There are two goals, one for each team. If the ball is in the goal of the other team, you have one point. If the ball is in your goal, the other team has one point.

Tennis is more difficult, because the ball is very small. There are only two people. Sometimes there are four people, two on each team. The ball is in the air, and you have a racket. If you do not have the ball in your racket when it is in your field, then the other person has one point.

Swimming is easy, but it is also dangerous because you are in the water.

If you are under the water for a long time, you have no air and. . . It is a very good sport because your lungs, legs and arms have a lot of exercise.

Running is very easy for everybody. There is only a way (a street or a road) and you. . . Sometimes there are also other people.

Skating is a bit difficult. It is also dangerous, because if you have no balance you have a fall. . . or many falls.

Chess is not dangerous. But it is difficult for some people: there are many pieces that are in specific squares on a board. You have a king, a queen, two knights, two bishops, two rooks (that is, towers) and eight pawns (that is, soldiers). If the enemy has your king, you are defeated. If you have the enemy king, then you are the winner.
