The personal pronouns for 1st and 2nd persons in Telugu are:

singular plural
1st
person
నేను మేము (exclusive)
మనము (inclusive)
2nd
person
నువ్వు (low formality)
నీవు (mid-level formality)
మీరు (high formality)
మీరు (high formality)
తమరు (highest formality)

The 2nd person pronouns differ in level of formality.

The 1st person plural pronoun మేము, called “exclusive”, means “I and someone else [but not you]”.

The 1st person plural pronoun మనము, “inclusive”, means “I and you [and possibly others]”.

Telugu 3rd person pronouns account for several factors, such as the nature of the referent (human male, human female, non-human), number (singular, plural) and proximity.

Although I have already learned most of its alphabet, I’m now oficially starting to study Telugu. This is my first time learning a Dravidian language, so I guess it will take me some time to get used to it. However, I’ve been watching a few Telugu films, especially మాయాబజార్ (Mayabazar), and I am already in love with this language.

I’ll be using a few old books found on archive.org, such as:

as well as youtube videos, especially news channels (such as Tv9) and the website http://www.learningtelugu.org/tutorials/let-us-speak.html. Of course I’ll be watching Telugu films as well,  as Telugu film industry is one of the largest in the world.
